In Treasure Quest, there are currently a total of 5 difficulties, each with a different level requirement. When you upscale the difficulty you shall be rewarded with better and stronger items, as well as more gold and experience. Needless to say, the higher the difficulty level, the harder the dungeon is. Mobs will deal more damage and will have more health. Therefore, it is recommended to grind in lower-level difficulties, in order to complete higher-level difficulty dungeons. Difficulty can be changed by pressing the tiny arrow when creating a dungeon. The difficulties are listed below.

Easy is the first and easiest difficulty in Treasure Quest; introducing new players to the concept of the dungeon, including the mobs and the layout. The maximum party size is 12.

Medium is the second difficulty in Treasure Quest. The level requirement is always 5 levels more than the level requirement in Easy. The mobs begin to gain more health and damage, so it is recommended for players to train a little more in Easy, before attempting to clear this difficulty level. The maximum party size is 10.

Hard is the third difficulty in Treasure Quest. The level requirement is always 5 levels more than the level requirement in Medium. Bringing a party is advised if you're under-levelled, as mobs that are typically melee will now be able to attack you from a longer distance, however, the range of minibosses will remain the same. The maximum party size is 8.

Demon is the fourth difficulty in Treasure Quest. The level requirement is always 5 levels more than the level requirement in Hard. The health and attack of the mobs here have a drastic increase and will attack you from an even longer distance. Unlike the other difficulties, minibosses will now attack you from a longer distance. The maximum party size is 8.

Impossible is the fifth difficulty in Treasure Quest. The level requirement is always 5 levels more than the level requirement in Demon. The difficulty is said to be twice as hard as Demon and mobs will attack you from a MASSIVE distance and some minibosses will attack you from anywhere you are!. The maximum party size is 2.
